No. The QR opens in their phone's native camera and loads our AR page in any browser. Zero installs, zero accounts, zero friction. It's a link. Diners already know how to follow a link.

Every iPhone from 2017 onwards (running iOS 12+) and almost every Android from 2018 onwards. Older devices still see a fully interactive 3D model they can rotate with their finger — nobody hits a broken page. Safari on iPhone delivers full AR Quick Look; Chrome on Android uses Scene Viewer or WebXR.

Each dish is captured with a calibrated reference object so the AR model appears at exact real-world size. What the diner sees is what they get — down to the centimetre. This is deliberately the hardest part of the service to fake, and the part we're proudest of.

About one week from signing. We schedule a kitchen session, capture your top dishes using our scanning rig, process the models to AR-ready quality, deliver printed QR codes and collateral, and you're live. Restaurants are usually surprised at how smooth the handover is.

Yes — the platform is designed to grow with your menu. We handle all new scanning, modelling, and QR generation end-to-end. Pricing for additional dishes after the pilot is discussed in person based on your volume.

You receive a private monthly performance report showing scan counts per dish, peak times, day-of-week trends, and quarter-on-quarter comparisons. It's designed to guide real menu decisions — not just look pretty in a deck.

We re-scan. Keeping your AR models accurate to what actually arrives at the table is part of the service. We'll discuss a rescan schedule during onboarding that matches how often your menu or plating evolves.
